Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once available.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Because we work with global suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at jacksontimothy363@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at jacksontimothy363@gmail.com. While shipping delays are sometimes beyond our control, we will assist you in tracking your package and resolving the issue when possible.

Returns & Shipping

Returns are accepted according to our 30-day Return Policy, which begins after you receive your item.

  • Return requests must be approved before sending items back

  • Approved returns will include a return shipping label and instructions

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
